- 2 ripe avocados, peeled and seeded
- 4 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 large ripe plum tomato, seeded and diced
- 1 Tbs. chopped purple onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dash of Tabasco or hot pepper sauce
Place peeled avocados in a bowl with lemon juice and mash coarsely. With a fork, gently mix in tomato, onion, salt, pepper, and Tabasco sauce.
