Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter - (I like Peter Pan)
- 3 regular sized Snickers candy bars, chopped – slice and dice – or more if you like
- 16 ounces Extra Creamy Cool Whip, thawed
- graham cracker pie crust – buy ready made or make your own (if you make your own – it is better but takes longer)
- GRAHAM CRACKER PIE CRUST
- In the microwave, melt 7 tablespoons of butter.
- Place about 25 graham crackers in a plastic bag. Roll with a rolling pin or beat with anything until finely crushed.
- Measure 1 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs into a medium bowl.
- Add 1/4 cup of sugar to the graham crackers.
- Add the melted butter.
- Stir or blend together with your hands.
- Press into the pie plate or other pan.
- Pre-bake the pie crust, bake for 8 to 10 minutes in a preheated 350 degree F. oven.
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and peanut butter until creamy.
2. Stir in chopped candy bars.
3. Gently fold in the Cool Whip just until mixed.
4. Pour into crusts and refrigerate overnight.
5. Lick the bowl and spatula.
