Ingredients
- Mix on high speed for 3 minutes:
- Melt 2 sticks Butter and 1 bar German Sweet Chocolate 2 tsp vanilla and set aside. Beat on high speed for 1 minute.
- 6 Eggs
- 2 cups Sugar
- 6 tsp Flour
- 2 cups Pecans

Step 1
Pour into greased pie platters.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
Put pies in refrigerator to cool.
Top with whipped cream - per pie:
1/2 pint Whipping Cream
1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
