Ingredients

  • Mix on high speed for 3 minutes:
  • Melt 2 sticks Butter and 1 bar German Sweet Chocolate 2 tsp vanilla and set aside. Beat on high speed for 1 minute.
  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 6 tsp Flour
  • 2 cups Pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Pour into greased pie platters.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes

Put pies in refrigerator to cool.

Top with whipped cream - per pie:
1/2 pint Whipping Cream
1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
