Mocha Hot Cocoa Mix

Ingredients

  • 3 cups non-fat dry milk powder
  • 1 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2/3 cup instant coffee crystals
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup miniature semi-sweet chocolate pieces

Preparation

Step 1

in a small bowl, stir together milk powder, sugar, cocoa powder, coffee crystals and salt. Divide mixture among 5 gift bags. Sprinkle some of the chocolate pieces into each bag. Seal and store at room temperature for up to 3 months.

Makes 5 bags.
