Ingredients
- 1 pint strawberries
- 1 pkg (4 serving size) vanilla instant pudding
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tsp grated orange or lemon rind
- 3 1/2 cups thawede coll whip topping
- 1 ready made graham cracker pie crust

Preparation
Step 1
HULL berries and set aside
COMBINE pie filling mix, sour cream, milk, rind and 2 cups whipped topping in bowl.
BEAT with wire whisk until well blended, about 1 minute
SPOON half of filling into crust; arrange berries, stem down into filling and press down.
TOP with remaining filling
FREEZE for 1 hour or chill in refer for 3 hours before serving
GARNISH with whipped topping and additional berries, if desired
