GOOEY BATTER BARS

Ingredients

• Crust:
• 1 Box yellow Cake Mix (or any other flavor)
• 1 Egg
• 1 Stick Margarine, melted
• Filling:
• 1 – 8 oz Cream Cheese
• 2 Eggs
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 16 oz box Powdered Sugar
• 1 Stick Margarine, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Mix crust ingredients together and press into 9x13 pan lined in foil.

Pour filing into crust. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes, don’t over bake!
