Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp raspberry vinegar
- 1/4 C fresh raspberries, crushed to puree
- 8 C baby spinach
- 2 C fresh raspberries
- 4 Tbsp walnuts crushed
- 1/2 small red onion finely chopped
- 2-3 kiwis peeled and sliced
- sea salt to taste

Preparation
Step 1
In first bowl combine all ingredients for vinegrette: olive oil, vinegar, and crushed raspberries. Season to taste with salt and pepper
In large salad bowl, combine the remaining ingredients: spinach, raspberry, walnuts, kiwis, and onion.
Drizzle with dressing, toss and serve.
