Ingredients

  • ½

    (12 ounce) package Ronzoni Garden Delight Rotini, Radiatore or Penne, uncooked

  • 1

    cup coarsely chopped fresh tomatoes

  • 2

    ounces Provolone cheese, cut into ½-inch cubes

  • 2

    ounces sliced hard salami, cut into 1-inch strips

  • ¼

    cup sliced pepperoni

  • ¼

    cup chopped pimiento-stuffed olives

  • 1-½

    teaspoons chopped fresh basil or 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves

  • 1-½

    teaspoons chopped fresh parsley

  • ¼

    cup and 2 tablespoons Italian salad dressing

Directions

1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water to cool quickly; drain well. 2. In large bowl, stir together cooled pasta and remaining ingredients except anchovies. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
