Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350º. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.

Blend oats until smooth and add other ingredients. Stir until all ingredients are blended. Drop dough by teaspoonful, about 1" apart.

Bake for about 15 minutes.
