Rosettes #2

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Blend the dry ingredients together.

Mix in the remaining ingredients.

Preheat the oil to 400 degrees.

Heat the rosette iron, then drain off the excess oil.

Dip the rosette iron into the batter until 2/3 covered, then fry until light golden brown.

Drain the cookies on paper towels, then dust with powdered sugar when cool.
