Cocktail Meatballs in Beer Sauce

Perfect for the party, just add cooked meatballs to the slow cooker.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef 1/2 cup dark beer
  • 1 tsp salt 1/2 cup chili sauce
  • 1/4 tsp pepper 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar Oil for pan

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, season beef with salt and pepper and roll into a small meatballs. Add a small amount of oil into the saucepan and brown until done. Place the meatballs into fondue pot or small pot and add remaining ingredients until completely heated through and serve.
