Pecan Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans
  • powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.

Beat the butter for 30 seconds.

Add the 1/2 cup powdered sugar and vanilla and beat until fluffy. Add the flour, then stir in the pecans.

Roll into 1-inch balls, and place on parchment-lined cookie sheets.

Bake about 18 minutes.

Roll cooled cookies in powdered sugar.
