Ingredients

• 3 c shortening
• 3 c sugar
• 4 eggs
• 5 1/2 c flour
• 2 t baking soda
• 4 t cream of tarter
• 1 t salt
• 4 T sugar
• 4 T cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

sift together flour, baking soda, cream of tarter, salt. set aside
cream together shortening and sugar, stir in flour mixture until well blended.
roll into small balls and dredge in sugar/cinnamon mixture.
smash on sheet
