Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 1/2 cups sifted flour
- 1/4 tsp. crushed cardamom seeds
Preparation
Step 1
Beat the eggs well. Add the sugar and the melted butter. Mix well after each addition.
Whip the cream to medium peaks, then fold into the egg mixture.
Add the flour and the buttermilk alternately. Add cardamom.
Place around 1 Tbsp. of batter and spread thin on Krukaker iron. Close the lid and bake until golden brown.
Wrap cookie around a cone and shape.
