  • 1 can blackeye peas with Jalepeno
  • IF NOT with Jalenoes -- 1 chopped and seeded Jalapeno
  • 1 can rotel, drained
  • 1 can shoepeg corn (substitute white corn), drained
  • 1 cup chopped red onion
  • 3/4 small bottle of Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 2 teaspoons of medium salsa
