Ingredients
- 1 can blackeye peas with Jalepeno
- IF NOT with Jalenoes -- 1 chopped and seeded Jalapeno
- 1 can rotel, drained
- 1 can shoepeg corn (substitute white corn), drained
- 1 cup chopped red onion
- 3/4 small bottle of Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
- 2 teaspoons of medium salsa

Chill for two hours
Serve on salad or as a dip
