Chicken in Mushroom Sauce

  • 4 boneless,skinless chicken breasts halves
  • 1 can(10.75 oz) Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 can (4 oz) mushrooms
  • 2 cups hot cooked rice or stuffing

Preparation time 10mins
Cooking time 25mins


Step 1

Spray medium slillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat 1 minute. Add chicken and cook 10 minutes or until browned. Set chicken aside. Add soup and broth. Heat to a boil. Return chicken to pan and add mushrooms. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Serve with rice or stuffing.
