Vidalia Onion Dip


A real crowd-pleaser--OK if other kinds of onions are used, but not as great as when real Vidalia onions are in season!

  • 1 large Vidalia or Walla Walla onion, coarsely chopped
  • 1 8 oz. package shredded Italian cheese mix
  • Up to 2 cups mayo

Cooking time 40mins


Step 1

Preheat oven to 375

Mix all ingredients. Mixture should not be too "wet" with mayo.

Spread mixture into 8-inch square baking dish. Sprinkle paprika over all.

Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.
