large Vidalia or Walla Walla onion, coarsely chopped

8 oz. package shredded Italian cheese mix
Up to 2 cups mayo
Preheat oven to 375 Mix all ingredients. Mixture should not be too "wet" with mayo. Spread mixture into 8-inch square baking dish. Sprinkle paprika over all. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.
