Bleu Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh oregano leaves
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled bleu cheese

Step 1

Preparation Makes 2 ½ cups

Whisk together first 8 ingredients (through garlic). Stir in cheese.
Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours
