Ingredients
- 2 packages collards
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 T salt
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 T sugar
- 2-4 T vegetable oil
- 1/2 T black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cut out stems. Rinse. Fold several leaves and roll up together. Cut lengthwise then slice tip to toe. Wash (or wash before cutting). Cook on low.
