  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil


Preparation time 20mins
Cooking time 20mins


Step 1

1. Mix almond flour, shredded coconut, and sea salt in bowl
2. Beeat egg in separate bowl
3. Dip chicken breast in egg and roll in flour mixture
4. heat frying pan over med-high heat and add coconut oil when hot
5. Pan fry the chicken until fully cooked
