- 1 cup butter (soft)
- 2 2/3 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp pecan (chopped)
- 1/2 cup maple syrup (real Maple syrup

Step 1
Preheat 350 degrees - Bake 10 - 12 minutes
Cream butter and sugar until light. Beat in egg, then add vanilla. Blend in maple syrup.
Mix dry ingredients in a smaller bowl. Add to butter mix and stir in dry ingredients. Fold in nuts.
Drop by tbsp onto lined baking sheet.
Bake for 10 - 12 minutes or until the edges just start to golden or brown.
