Ingredients

  • 4

    large apples (chopped)

  • 1

    red pepper (minced)

  • 2

    cups onions (minced)

  • 3/4

    tsp dry mustard

  • 1 1/2

    cup vinegar

  • 3/4

    tsp salt

  • 1 1/2

    cup brown sugar

  • 1/2

    tsp hot pepper flakes

  • 1/4

    cup ginger (minced)

Directions

Bring all the ingredients to a boil over med-high heat stirring often. Continue cooking for 40 minutes until thick. Refrigerate and keeps up to 2 weeks.
