Summer Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 16oz can Green Beans, drained
  • 1 can Wax Beans
  • 1 can Garbanzo Beans
  • 1 can Red Dark Kidney Beans, rinse and drained
  • 1/4 c green pepper
  • 8 green scallions, sliced
  • 3/4 c sugar
  • 1/2 c cider vinegar
  • 1/4 c vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1


Combine beans and pepper in large bowl.
Combine sugar and vinegar until dissolved in small bowl.

Combined together, cover and refrigerate overnight
