Sweet Potato Souffle

  • 2 large cans yams, drained
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg



Step 1

Mash yams. Add orange juice, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix well. Place in a casserol dish. Dot wit two Tbsp. butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove and cover with large marshmellows and brown.
