Ingredients

  • 3 boneless chicken breasts
  • 6 slices of boiled ham
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 part breadcrumbs
  • 3 parts cornflakes
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Preparation

Step 1

1. Slice chicken breasts in half lengthwise. Pound chicken flat.
2. Mix eggs and cream in a bowl.
3. Cohan in eggs and place on top of chicken.
4. Add a slice of cheese.
5. Rollup, seal edges on bottom with toothpick
6. Roll chicken and eggs and cream mixture.
7. Mix flour and breadcrumbs.
8. Roll chicken in the breadcrumb mixture.
9. Sauté in butter until lightly browned.
10. Melt one stick of butter and chicken broth. Mix and pour into bottom of baking dish.
11. Add chicken, cover with foil.
12. Bake for 40 min., covered, at 350°. Bake another 10 min. uncovered.
