Beer Dip

A great dip for chips, vegtables or breads.

Ingredients

• (2) 8 oz. packages of cream cheese, softened
• 1 oz. package of dry ranch dressing mix
• 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• 8 oz. of beer

Using a mixer, blend all the ingredients well

Chill several hours

Serve with pretzels and or crackers
