Ingredients
- 1 c. yellow cornmeal
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 Tblsp sugar
- 1 Tblsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. egg substitute
- 2 Tblsp oil
- 1 can creamed style corn

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 5 ingredients; make a well in center. Combine milk and next 3 ingredients; stir well. Add to dry ingredients, stirring until just moistened.
Place a 9" cast-iron skillet iin a 450 oven for 5 minutes. Heavily coat with spray and immediately spoon batter into pan. Bake at 450 for 27 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean.
