Cocktail Meatballs in Beer Sauce

This is a perfect appetizer for a party. Cook in advance and keep warm in a crock pot.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup dark beer
  • 1/2 cup chili sauce
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • Oil for pan

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, season beef with salt and pepper and roll into a small meatballs.

Add a small amount of oil into the saucepan and brown until done.

Place the meatballs into fondue pot or small pot and add remaining ingredients until completely heated through and serve.
