  • 1/4 cup flour
  • pinch salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour and salt.

Whisk together milk and egg.
Stir in flour until just blended.

Pour into two greased custard cups or large muffin pan

Bake 425 degree 20 minutes or until golden.
