  • 3 t baking soda
  • 32 oz. beer(not dark)
  • spices
  • salt and pepper
  • cornstarch for dusting

Step 1

s & p fish
dredge in cornstarch, tap excess off
dig in batter, remove excess
deep fry to golden brown
