DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Ingredients

  • 1 family size package Brownie mix
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup nuts, optional

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine brownie mix, flour, oil, and eggs; beat until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake about 11 to 13 minutes. When the cookies have just lost their gloss yet still feel quite soft to a light touch, remove from oven; do not over bake. Let cool 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet and cool. Store in airtight container.
