Pistacio Salad

Ingredients

• 1 small box instant pistacio pudding
• 1 can crushed pineapple (15-16oz)
• 1 8oz. cool whip
• 2 cups mini marshmellows
• chopped nuts(optional)
• 1 8oz container sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

In bowl mix dry pudding mix and pineapple with juice. Add sour cream, marshmellows and nuts. Fold in cool whip. Refrigerate.
