Mexican Grilled Corn on the Cob

Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn
  • 1 T. adobo sauce
  • sour cream
  • Cotija or Parmesan cheese
  • chili powder

Preparation

Step 1

Soak the corn in their husks. Grill, turning occasionally, for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove husks and grill again for about a minute on each side. Add 1 T. adobo sauce to sour cream and spread on the grilled corn. Sprinkle with cheese.
