Ingredients
- 1/4 tea. pepper
- 1/4 cup red pepper jelly
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tea. freshly grated ginger
- 1 1/4 lb. skinless salmon fillet, cut into 4 pieces
Preparation
Step 1
Heat broiler. In a small bowl, whisk together the jelly, soy sauce and ginger.
Place salmon on a foil-lined broiler-proof baking sheet. Season with pepper and broil for 5 minutes.
Spoon the jelly mixture over the salmon and broil until opaque throughout, 2-4 minutes more.
