Ingredients

  • TOPPING:
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk + 4 tbsp
  • 2 cup rhubarb
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup HOT water
  • butter - size of egg

Cooking time 60mins

Step 1

Preheat 350 degree - Bake 3/4 hour.

Mix the first ingredients and stir in rhubarb. Place in a buttered casserole dish.

Pour over the batter the topping mixture. Top with small pieces of butter.

Bake 3/4 hour or until knife test comes out clean.
