Ingredients
- TOPPING:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk + 4 tbsp
- 2 cup rhubarb
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cup HOT water
- butter - size of egg

Step 1
Preheat 350 degree - Bake 3/4 hour.
Mix the first ingredients and stir in rhubarb. Place in a buttered casserole dish.
Pour over the batter the topping mixture. Top with small pieces of butter.
Bake 3/4 hour or until knife test comes out clean.
