- 1 sleeve Premium Plus salted crackers
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1 bag chocolate chips [2 x 300 g.]
Line standard cookie sheet with crackers.
Bring to boil sugar and butter.
Simmer 3 minutes [don't worry if it separates]
Pour over crackers.
Bake 3-5 minutes at 400 degrees.
Remove and let set 1 minute.
Pour chocolate chips over top.
Place in oven 2-3 minutes til melted.
Remove from oven and spread chocolate evenly.
Freeze until hard. Break into pieces and enjoy.
