  • 3 eggs well beaten

Spoon oil or roast drippings into large muffin pans.
Heat in oven.

Sift flour and salt.
Gradually add milk.
Beat until smooth.

Beat in eggs.

Spoon into heated pans.

Bake 400 degrees 20 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350 degrees and cook 20 minutes.
