Penn Pasta and Sausage

Ingredients
- 3 sweet Italian sausage
- 1 jar [750 ml.] pasta sauce
- 4 cups water
- 4 cups dry penne pasta
- 1 red pepper chopped
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup 4-cheese Italiano shredded cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Cook sausage. Drain excess fat.
Remove sausage and cut into chunks.
Return to pot.
Stir in pasta sauce and water. Bring to boil.
Add penne pasta and return to boil.
Cover and reduce heat to medium-low.
Cook 10 minutes.
Add peppers and onion. Cook for 10 minutes.
Stir in parmesan and Italiano cheese.
Top with additional Italiano cheese.
[Cool and freeze up to 3 months]
