TWO MINUTE MICROWAVE FUDGE

Ingredients

  • 1 box confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1/4 teasp salt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 7 TBLSP butter
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

In an 8 cup microwaveable measuring cup sir together sugar, salt, cocoa, mild, and vanilla extract. Will be very stiff. Put butter on top in center. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes, or until milk feels warm on bottom of cup. Stir vigorously until smooth.
If butter is not completely melted, it will when stirred. Blend in nuts and pour into a buttered 6 x 10 pan. Chill 1 hour in refrigerator. Cut into squares and enjoy.
