Ingredients

  • Mix together:
  • 1 can blueberry pie filling, I use blackberry and add fresh blackberries, use the fruit of your choice
  • Put in pie plate.
  • 1 Cup of Bisquick
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Beat one egg and mix in.

Preparation

Step 1

Pour blueberry pie filling in pie plate.
Mix bisquick, sugar and cinnamon. Mix eggs in and Spread over top of fruit and pour melted margarine all over top of this.
Bake 325 for 1 hour...
