Butter Cream Frosting for Cakes or Choc chip cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 Sticks margarine
  • 3 Cups Crisco
  • 2 tsp. pure vanilla
  • 4 lb. powdered sugar
  • whole milk or canned milk

Preparation

Step 1

Beat margarine and crisco till well mixed. Add vanilla and sifted powdered sugar slowly. Add milk till a consistency to spread. You may want to half this, it makes a lot. She uses this much in the bakery! It is GREAT! My boys think there is nothing better than this in 2 choc. chip cookies. Recipe in my cookbook also!
