Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 cup crushed round buttery crackers
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 pounds tilapia fillets, cut into 3-inch fingers

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a shallow dish, combine melted butter and mustard. In a separate shallow dish, combine crushed crackers, cheese and salt. Coat tilapia in butter mixture; dredge in cracker mixture. Place on prepared baking sheet, and bake for 6 minutes. turn fish sticks, and bake for 6 minutes longer, or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
