VEGETABLES - Lipton Savoury Oven Roasted Onion Potatoes

Ingredients

• 1 pouch Lipton Onion Recipe Mix
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil
• 1/4 cup melted margarine
• 1 tsp basil
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 4 -5 medium potatoes, washed and cut into quarters

Preparation

Step 1

In a shallow baking pan, blend Recipe Mix with oil, margarine and spices. Add potatoes and stir to coat thoroughly. Bake at 450°F (230°C) 40 - 45 minutes, stirring occasionally until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
