    cup flour 1 cup water (110 degrees)

    cup sugar 6 TBS unsalted Butter soft

    envelope yeast

Directions

Heat oven 200 degrees – after 10 minutes turn oven off Grease muffin tin Combine flour, sugar, salt & yeast. Whisk in 1-1/4 cup flour, water, butter & egg until smooth. Add last 1 cup flour and mix with a rubber spatula until combined. (do not over mix) Cover bowl with greased plastic wrap put into oven for 30 minutes (should double in size) Remove from oven. Punch down dough and scoop out into tin and cover with greased plastic wrap. **** Let stand 15 minutes. Set oven 375 degrees; bake 14 – 18 minutes **** Can put into refrigerator at this point and when ready to use let stand 30 minutes before baking.
