Banana-Nut Bread

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup mashed bananas (2 mashed bananas)
• 2 eggs beaed
• 2 cups of flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoon grated orange rind
• 3/4 cup chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter
add sugar
Beat well
Add bananas and eggs
Mix
Sift flour soda and salt together
Stir into creamed mixture
Add orange rind and nuts
Bake in greased loaft pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour

You can double the recipe and use 3 eggs instead of four and the orange rind and nuts are optional
