Butter Tarts

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp vinegar
• 1/4 cup soft butter
• 1/2 tsp salt

Step 1

Mix well and pour into tart shells
Bake 20-25 minutes @ 350F
