Cranberry Crisp Coffee Cake
- 1 1/2 cups Sugar Frosted Flakes crushed to 3/4 cup
- 1 tablespoon margarine melted
- 2 tsp. of baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup whole cranberry sauce
- 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup margarine soft
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup of milk
Mix crushed cereal and melted margarine. Set aside.
Stir toether flour baking powder and salt. Set aside
Beat 1/4 cup margarine sugar and egg until blended.
Add milk with flour mixture until smooth.
Spread batter into greased 9" round cake pan.
Top with cranberry sauce. Sprinkle with cereal mixtureBake at 350 degrees about 50 minutes.
