MANDARIN CHICKEN SALAD

Fashioned after Wendy's Garden Sensations salad.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups grilled, diced chicken breasts
  • 1 large iceberg lettuce head, chopped
  • 4 cups read leaf lettuce, chopped
  • 1 1/3 cups canned mandarin oranges
  • 1 cup rice noodles
  • 1 cup roated sliced almonds

Preparation

Step 1

Arrange iceburg lettuce in bottom of bowl or plate.

Arrange red leaf lettuce on top of iceberg.

Sprinkle chicken pieces over slaand.

Arrange mandarin orange wedges on each salad.

Spring rice noodles and roasted sliced almonds on each salad.

Add desired amount of sesame dressing and serve.
