- 4 cups flour
- 1 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 cups jelly
- Powdered sugar
Combine flour, butter, eggs and sugar. Beat until well mixed. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350. Roll our chilled dough on lightly flour surface until ¼ inch thick. Cut with a round cookie cutter.
Bake cookies on ungreased cooked sheet for 10 -12 minutes until very lightly browned.
