Ingredients
- 2 tbs. margarine
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 small onions, diced
- 2 tbs. margarine
- 1 can cream corn
- 3/4 bag frozen whole kernel corn
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups milk
- 6 small potatoes, cubed
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 tbs. flour
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Sauté onions and celery in margarine until lightly browned.
Add cream corn, kernel corn, 2 tbs margarine and chicken broth, carrots and potatoes. Cook 15 minutes.
Mix together flour and water to form paste.
Add milk and flour paste.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
